Mac Pro
On The Mac Pro there is a quad or 8 core processor boosting the speed up to 2x faster than previous models. This is because with all the cores on 1 die data doesn’t have travel far to get to the other cores. Most other quad- core processors have to travel around the processor slowing it down. The 4 cores are all Intel Nehalem processors. With the Mac Pro you can slide out the processor trays to add ram memory. Thanks to the new design unlike most computers to add stuff you don’t have to put it on its side, you just have to slide the side cover off. Also you can add storage for disk space. With this revolutionary computer you can store 8 Terabytes of disk space and 32 Gigabytes of ram memory. With plenty of ports you can put all your external drives anywhere. Unfortunately the Mac Pro comes with no screen whatsoever. If your computer is going slow you can go out to the Apple store more memory and install easily by taking off the cover and slid in the DDR3 memory into a slot. These are the ports it comes with : two USB 2.0 slots , 2 Firewire 800 ports now that’s just the front the back has : Dual Gigabit Ethernet Ports, three more USB 2.0 ports, Optical audio in and out,and an Analog audio in and out. This new model of Mac Pro is up to 1.7x faster than the old generation Mac Pro. Most of the Mac Pro is recycled aluminum so it is recyclable. Also, instead of using 8 foot cabels it is made with smaller , better ,and more recyclable materials. After the Mac Pro is done with its career as a computer, it is easy to dissasemble.
